Duties

Deliveries outside of Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada and Japan may be subject to local import fees or taxes. Fees and taxes are subject to the shipping policies within your country and are calculated through your local customs office.

The customer is solely responsible for any additional charges that may be incurred as a result of this. These fees or taxes will be charged through the courier service used and an order can only be received once the payment has been made.

Should a delivery be refused by the customer, the cost of the original order and return shipping cost will be charged to the customer and taken from any potential refund.

Please note, there may be a minimum order value for imported goods into your country. For any orders of larger value or size, we recommend checking the requirements with your local customs office. Please contact your local customs office for more information on any local policies.

No Avoidance

We cannot mark international orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees. This is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this.

Shipping Times

Shipping times will be subject to the service provider used (we typically use NSS) and other unforseen circumstances.

  • Australia: 5 to 7 business days / Regional: 5 to 9 business days
  • International Orders - 7-10 business days

Please note these are a guideline only. Shipping times may also take longer than usual during Black Friday Sale Period due to the higher volume of orders. Shipping might also be impacted by our inventory replenishment. Replenishment does not take long and is not a basis for order refund.

Shipping Costs

Is subject to your location. We currently offer free shipping for UK, Australia and New Zealand.

Authority to Leave

All orders are shipped as ATL (Authority to Leave). This means that if the driver deems a delivery safe to do so, without someone signing for the package, that this will be done. If you wish to avoid this scenario, we encourage you to ship your order to a location that you will be present at during the day, or to a business address.
